Customer service that most dealers wouldn't understand even if it jumped up and shocked them. Honest about the vehicle, and condition and happy to show all the paperwork. His enthusiasm for what he does shines through, yes I know he is taking my money lol,but I was more than happy to pay him after the previous 4 vans I had looked at complete with the lies prior to viewing from so-called van specialists.
